PrintMan ("we", "us", "our") operates a self-service printing platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how your documents flow through our system.
Data flow: Your device → PrintMan backend server → Epson Connect API v2 → the selected Epson printer at the kiosk location.
We process your information solely for the following purposes:
Uploaded documents are temporarily processed for the purpose of completing the print request and are deleted after successful submission to the printer, subject to temporary technical processing, failed-job handling, logs, backups, or legal requirements.
Specifically:
We do not claim that documents are never accessible to PrintMan personnel. During the brief processing window, documents exist on our server in unencrypted form and could theoretically be accessed by system administrators for debugging. We do not routinely access uploaded documents and have no commercial interest in their content.
PrintMan uses the Epson Connect API to transmit eligible print jobs to selected Epson Connect-enabled printers.
Epson Connect is a third-party service operated by Seiko Epson Corporation. Your use of PrintMan may involve the transmission of your document through Epson Connect after you submit a print request.
PrintMan is responsible for providing and supporting the PrintMan application, payment process, customer support, and print-job workflow. Epson is not the provider of the PrintMan application and does not provide customer support for PrintMan's application, pricing, refunds, kiosk operation, or business services.
Epson Connect may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or unable to print a document because of printer status, network conditions, file format, service limitations, maintenance, or other technical reasons. Print output may differ from what you expect.
You agree not to use PrintMan to upload or print unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to print and use the document you submit.
Your use of the Epson Connect service may also be subject to Epson's applicable terms and conditions:
Epson may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Epson Connect or related functionality. PrintMan will try to communicate material service issues where reasonably possible, but PrintMan cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of Epson Connect.
When you contact us for support (via WhatsApp, email, or phone), we may access your account information, transaction history, and job records to diagnose and resolve your issue. We do not have access to previously uploaded documents as they are deleted after processing.
No system is perfectly secure. We take reasonable precautions appropriate to the nature of the data we handle, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Each provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.
If a print job fails after payment, we offer refunds or coupon credits. To process a refund, we access your payment record and job status. See our Refund Policy for details.
